This project consists of the following:
This project is a Tenant Improvement of approximately 4300sf in an existing building that was most recently a retail bank. Demolition consists of existing interior non load bearing walls, existing acoustical ceilings, wood panel finishes and misc. mechanical & electrical. New work consists of metal stud framing, drywall, new mechanical mezzanine, sheet vinyl flooring, acoustical ceilings, plumbing HVAC and electrical for a new Animal Hospital.

The scope of work includes hard demolition, soft demolition, concrete patching, metal decking, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, cabinetry, FRP, Insulation, Mezzanine access with ladder, roof patching, storefront / windows, doors frames hardware, metal stud framing & drywall, acoustical ceilings, sheet vinyl flooring, floor sealant, ardex floor leveling, painting, toilet accessories, signage, fire extinguishers, trench drain, plumbing, HVAC and electrical.
