 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Rebuild front & rear balconies, rebuild rear stairs, add finish to front stairs, new front loggia, new trash enclosure in interior setback, install channel drain in parking area, common open yard alternate, provide BMPS for site water treatment.

 SCOPE OF WORK. Exterior renovations of existing 12 unit apartment, including: soft demo, site concrete, underground site drainage, foundation concrete, structural steel, ornamental Iron, rough carpentry, wath & Plaster, ceramic tile, painting & minor electrical.  Civil to include site drainage and small detention basin.

 This project is NOT prevailing wage.
