This project is an new tenant improvement combining existing office suites on the ground floor for two medical office suites A (2,174sf) & B (1,229sf). Scope consists of but is not limited to the construction of new interior non-bearing partition walls, new doors, new built-in cabinetry, relocation of fire sprinkler heads, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. The new facility is an ambulatory medical office that is not licensed by the state, therefore this is NOT an OSHPD 3 Facility.
