 SCOPE OF WORK. Kitchen and support renovations of 922 SF deli & art classroom to provide a school kitchen with a new Class One hood and grease interceptor, new steel stair & platform in existing boiler room for new refrigeration & dry storage.  Including: soft & hard demo, concrete, light gage metal framing,  structural steel, insulation, drywall, interior doors/frames & hardware, epoxy flooring, interior finishes, Food Service equipment, painting, plumbing, HVAC and controls, & electrical.

Non mandatory job walk is scheduled for January 28, 2020 at 2:00 pm

PreBid RFIs will be received until January 30, 3:00 P.M.

This project is NOT prevailing wage.
