This consists of (4) separate projects in which we will need separate estimates for.  The four projects are:

Building Conversion to Science Classroom – Renovation of (E) 3073sf locker room building into a new Science Classroom

Jackson & Stewart Buildings Interior Alteration – Tenant Improvement of (E) Classroom Building and Teacher’s Lounge

Site Improvements – New landscape and hardscape on upper and lower campus including retaining walls, concrete paving, asphalt paving, stacked boulders, & underground utilities

New Storage Shed – New Masonry storage sheds at the Lower Campus next to the Basketball Courts
