SCOPE OF WORK. Tenant Improvement of 2,770sf including: soft demo, interior finishes, light gage metal framing, insulation, drywall, interior doors, frames & hardware, acoustic ceilings, flooring, painting, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC distribution and controls, & electrical.
