SCOPE OF WORK. Exterior refresh of shopping center to include parking lot slurry seal, curb repainting and re-striping; prepare and repaint of 7 existing buildings plus monument signage, clock signs and trash enclosures. All shopping center tenants to remain open during construction. Coordinate the work with all loading and delivery schedules for the tenants. Provide customer pedestrian and traffic control to protect the areas of work, shopping center patrons and vehicles. Landscaping to remove existing climbing vines. Clean the prefinished metal surfaces per manufacturer’s recommendations (no power washing.) Clean and power  wash existing colored block to remain.

This project is  NOT prevailing wage.
