This project consists of the following:

* Tenant improvements to interior of existing commercial building (no change of use or square footage added)
* Renovate existing mechanical, electrical & plumbing
* Replace all exterior doors and windows in place.  Remove existing windows and doors
* Repair / replace existing exterior fabric awnings
* Replaster exterior of existing building
* Restripe existing ADA Parking space for van access

The scope of work includes soft demolition, hard demolition, slab on grade concrete, masonry, misc. metals (awnings), rough carpentry, finish carpentry, cabinetry / millwork, insulation, roofing, sheet metal, storefront entry, doors frames & hardware, plaster, drywall, concrete floor seal, tile & stone, painting & staining, toilet partitions / accessories, signage, fire extinguishers, bike racks, kitchen equipment, fire sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC and Electrical.
