 SCOPE OF WORK. Exterior replacement of existing non-compliant concrete ramps with new accessible concrete ramps, stairs, curbs and pipe guardrails/handrails. Interior vestibule renovations of 900 SF including: soft demo, interior finishes, wood framing (remodel), drywall/plaster patch, interior doors renovation, door hardware, aluminum windows, ceramic tile/stone, Veristone trim, painting, electrical, landscape repair and landscape lighting.

 This project is  NOT prevailing wage.
