This project consists of the following:
The existing tenant space will be converted into (2) separate tenant spaces. Remodel to include new roofing, new entrance and storefront on south side of building, new accessible path, (4) new windows, exterior paint & stain, new accessible restrooms, interior walls & finishes. No new square footage proposed. Existing parking to remain.
