The scope of work on this project consists of:
Soft demolition and tenant improvements of 450sf from existing salon to specialty food service.

The trades include soft demolition, rough carpentry / wood framing, truss joists, finish carpentry, millwork & cabinetry, insulation, doors frame hardware, fixed louvers, drywall, toilet partitions & accessories, Caesar-stone countertops, HVAC, plumbing & electrical.

This project is NOT PREVAILING WAGE
