This is a new 1300 square foot Giraffe Barn located at the existing exhibit inside the Santa Barbara Zoo.  The barn consists of caissons and grade beams for the foundation, a concrete slab and structural steel with wood framing for the structure.  The roof will be a Sarnafil TPO Single Ply Membrane Roof and tie interior / exterior walls will have galvanized metal panels and the exterior walls will be plastered.  There are details for a structural steel animal management system included in this set of plans.
