General Project Description:
The redevelopment project includes replacement of HVAC systems, construction of a 768 square foot lobby consisting of a new stair and elevator tower, building envelope improvements, new electrical distribution switchgear, new rigid rooftop insulation, new single ply roofing, new solar photovoltaic system, interior office tenant improvements of 8,875 s.f., and relocation of the chiller from the roof to the site pad within a new CMU enclosure. The project also encompasses improvements to the building grounds, parking lot circulation, addition of parking spaces, paving, curbs, sidewalks, site lighting, storm water management improvements and disabled access upgrades along with an implementation of a comprehensive landscaping and irrigation plan.
