This prevailing wage project consists of the following:  

This project is an new tenant improvement of existing medical office for UCLA oncology medical office, consisting of but not limited to the construction of new interior non-bearing partition walls, new doors, new built-in cabinetry, new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing,  This facility is an ambulatory medical office that is not licensed by the state.  Therefore this is not an OSHPD3 facility.  Project to comply with noise ordinance max 53db@PL.
