 SCOPE OF WORK. Tenant Improvement (interior and exterior remodel) of 2,767 SF including: Concrete footings & slab patch, & ADA upgrades, soft demo, structural steel, light gage metal framing, rough & finish carpentry, millwork & countertops, insulation, roofing & roof screens, plaster patch, drywall, Doors/windows/hardware, roll up door, ceramic tile, bath accessories & partitions, Glass/glazing/skylights, acoustic ceilings, carpet & resilient flooring, painting, ADA signage, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC new rooftop units, HVAC distribution & controls, electrical & PV.  Civil to include seal and stripe existing lot, site lighting, security & landscaping. Fire Sprinklers and Photovoltaic systems are included as deferred submittals.

 This project is  NOT prevailing wage.
