The scope includes a new 606 square foot CMU loading room addition, new recessed loading dock, enclosed outdoor CMU storage area and trash enclosure, complete Facade remodel including framing a new Plaster Entry Tower with Ornamental Metal Screens, Reconstruction of Asphalt Parking Lot, Storm Drainage and Pavers, new Site Lighting and new Landscaping and Irrigation.
