The project involves the Refresh of the approximate 7,900 square foot Fleishmann Auditorium at the Santa Barbara Museum of Natural History. The scope of work includes selective demolition, landscaping, misc. carpentry, Misc. Metal and railing, new clay tile and PVC roofing, sheet metal, doors and hardware, mirrors, new window film, drywall, acoustical treatments, patch and refinish wood flooring, carpeting, painting, new stage curtain, roller shades, new Wheel Chair Lift, removal and replacement of existing HVAC, electrical, and lighting.
