PROJECT INFORMATION: This project consists of the development of an +/- 127,000sf self-storage facility consisting of three, three-story buildings with basements. The net floor area of Building A is 47,392 sf, Building B is 40,984 sf, and Building C is 38,293 sf. Other improvements include 26 new parking spaces, three new fire hydrants, fenced perimeter with automatic gates at entry, upgrades to water, sewer and electrical services. The site will be also be landscaped within the parking areas and around the perimeter of the property.

BID SCOPE: The scope of work includes surveying, landscape & parking , clear & grubbing, earthwork, site / underground utilities, site concrete, curb & gutters, permeable pavers, asphalt paving, striping, signage, SWPPP, landscaping, site bollards, masonry, foundation concrete, slab on grade concrete, fencing, structural steel, misc. metals, rough carpentry, wood & Trex lumber siding, truss joists, single ply roofing, metal roofing & metal siding, sheet metal, roof hatches, insulation, louvers, storefront & windows, doors frames hardware, plaster, drywall, painting, fire sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC & Electrical.
