PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Demolition of existing 8612 sf hotel.  Construction of a new 3-Story, 38 Room, 14,458 sf hotel with 20 covered parking spaces and 18 uncovered parking spaces.  30 Rooms are located above parking in the 3-Story portion of the structure along the northern property line.  The remaining (8) Rooms are on the first and second floor towards the east portion of the site.  An interior setback modification is requested for the 1st and 2nd stories of the building along the southeast property lines.
