Project Description: This project consists of interior Tenant Improvements to existing commercial lease space near Five Points Plaza.  This remodel of roughly 1400sf will turn an existing empty unit into a Pedicure Nail Salon complete with pedicure stations and facial rooms.

The scope of work includes hard and soft demolition, metal stud framing & drywall, doors frames & hardware, tempered glass panels, rough & finish carpentry, cabinetry, acoustical ceilings, ceramic tile, painting, toilet accessories, fire sprinklers, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC and electrical.
