BID SCOPE. This project involves the renovation of the former Rabobank building including but not limited to: demolition, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, security/fire systems, roofing, drywall and metal stud framing, tile, cabinetry, solid surface & P-lam countertops, ceramic tile, glass/glazing, doors & hardware, windows, paint, acoustic tile, flooring, bath accessories,  signs/signage, and workstation modifications. Exterior work includes landscaping & irrigation, landscape lighting, permeable pavers, new gated CMU trash enclosure, curbs and paving, & security bollards.

This project is PREVAILING WAGE and requires DIR registration
