Project Description: This project is to remove and relocate portable buildings including site preparation, site grading, demolition, site utilities, asphalt paving, new ADA restroom modifications, Plumbing, Electrical and Fire Alarm.

2. View plans at Frank Schipper Construction Co. : Plans and Specifications are available for review at the Frank Schipper Construction Co. office; 610 E. Cota St,, Santa Barbara, Ca. 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday – Friday. 

3. CD:. A copy of the plans and specifications can be burned on a CD and be mailed or picked up at our office. Please call the front desk at 963-4359 or email info@schipperconstruction.com to request a CD.

The scope of work includes site prepration, site grading, hard and soft demolition, site utilities, asphalt paving & striping, truncated domes, chain link fence & gates, hazardous materials removal, modular stairs, ramps, & landings, steel pipe & tube railings, finish carpentry, lath & plaster, metal stud framing & drywall, ceramic tile, painting, toilet partitions & accessories, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm and Modular Building Relocation.

The campuses are at Canalino Elementary School, Carpinteria Middle School and Carpinteria High School. There are (3) different sets of plans and (3) different sets of specs & addendum.
