    Bid Notes: 
    Site Improvements include new landscaping, new trash enclosure, site lighting, new parking lot w curb & gutter, concrete sidewalks,  ADA path of travel work, storm-water drainage, bio infiltrations and retention basin, gravel infiltration trench, fencing, EV charging, and permeable pavers. 

Project bids as base scope plus three significant alternates. See attached bid instructions. Please submit your bid as: base bid, bid alternate #1, bid alternate #2, bid alternate #3.

    BID SCOPE: The scope of work includes surveying, landscape & parking , clear & grubbing, earthwork, site / underground utilities, site concrete, curb & gutters, permeable pavers, asphalt paving, striping, signage, SWPPP, landscaping, site accessories, masonry, foundation concrete, slab on grade concrete, fencing, structural steel, misc. metals, rough carpentry, wood & Trex lumber siding, truss joists, single ply roofing, metal siding, sheet metal, roof hatches, insulation, louvers, storefront & windows, doors frames hardware, plaster, drywall, painting, fire sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC, Solar & Electrical.     This project is PREVAILING WAGE. DIR registration number is required with your bid.
