Site Improvements include new landscaping, new trash enclosure, site lighting, new parking lot w curb & gutter, concrete sidewalks, ADA path of travel work, storm-water drainage, bio infiltrations and retention basin, gravel infiltration trench, fencing, EV charging, and permeable pavers.
