* New Open Air Laundry Mechanical Area at Rear of Building
* Restripe Parking Lot and provide ADA Parking & Path of Travel
* Provide new Site Landscaping
* Demo interior non-bearing walls
* Install new wood site fencing
* Install new non-bearing partition walls
* Install new ADA Compliant Bathroom
