Description:
New tenant improvement of an existing medical office for UCLA Health Oncology Medical Center. Improvements consisted of new interior non-bearing partition walls, structural upgrades, new doors, new built-in cabinets, new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. The facility consists of a new reception area, exam rooms, staff offices, lab, restrooms, mixing room, nurses station, and infusion area.
