This project consists of the following:  

Proposed remodel of an existing 8990sf commercial building which includes:

1. New state street storefront w/ 126 sf minor addition

2. Replace all exterior windows & doors at rear elevation

3. Voluntary seismic retrofit

4. All new electrical, mechanical & plumbing w/ new HVAC units on the roof

5. New stair & rail at rear elevation

6. New ADA restrooms

7. Reframe all stairs leading to and within the basement

8. Replace floor beams in basement to maintain code required ceiling height

9. Install 3 FT x 4 FT contained planter for tier 1 storm water BMP compliance
