This project consists of the following:
Proposed remodel of an existing 8990sf commercial building which includes:
New state street storefront w/ 126 sf minor addition
Replace all exterior windows & doors at rear elevation
Voluntary seismic retrofit
All new electrical, mechanical & plumbing w/ new HVAC units on the roof
New stair & rail at rear elevation
New ADA restrooms
Reframe all stairs leading to and within the basement
Replace floor beams in basement to maintain code required ceiling height
Install 3 FT x 4 FT contained planter for tier 1 storm water BMP compliance
