This project is to renovate an existing 1200sf building shell into an Ahi Poke Bar / Restaurant.  This tenant shell has an existing restroom but will need a customer dining area, food prep area & food service area.

The scope of work includes hard and soft demolition, asphalt parking lot repair, striping, parking lot signage, truncated domes, site concrete (sidewalks & swales), brick veneer, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, roof patching, access panels, doors frames hardware, drywall, ceramic tile, resilient flooring, FRP, painting, toilet partitions & accessories, signage, louvers, plumbing & HVAC.
