This project consists of the following:
The scope of the proposed project is for cannabis cultivation and processing on a 276.69 acre parcel zoned AG-II-320. The project consists of 4 acres of outdoor cultivation area planted in pots under hoop hoses, (1) 3000sf Agricultural Processing & Storage Facility and (1) 1700sf Agricultural Dry Room building and Parking Area. All cannabis cultivation areas and facilities will be fenced off with a proposed 6’ hog wire fence and existing fencing along the northerly neighboring property.
