This is a 4963sf Tenant Improvement for the Internal Revenue Service which consists of the following:
· New Lighting throughout
· New ceiling and revised HVAC Ducting
· Relocate interior non-bearing walls
· New interior doors & windows
· New finishes (flooring, ceilings, walls)
· Replace (E ) Mechanical equipment on roof
· New cabinetry / counters

The scope of work includes hard demolition for parking lot work, site concrete ADA curb ramp and truncated domes, soft demolition, carpentry, casework and cabinetry, insulation, caulking & joint sealants, doors frames hardware, windows, metal stud framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, carpet tile, LVT flooring, painting, accordion folding partition, fire extinguishers, fire sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC and Electrical.
