This project consists of the following:  

The project includes the renovation of the existing dining room facility (approximately 9308sf) to upgrade and enhance the dining experience for existing residence.  The dining room facility will be expanded by approximately 2312sf.  The renovation proposed include outdoor landscape improvements, trellis / shade structure, accent pavers, outdoor lounge seating, electric fireplace and walkways furnished with benches. 

This is a NON-OSHPD Facility
