Tenant Improvement of 1,414 SF retail bakery including: soft demo, interior finishes, light gage metal framing, insulation, drywall, interior door, frames & hardware, glazing at sidelights, acoustic ceilings, ceramic tile floor & base, painting,  plumbing, HVAC  and controls, & electrical.

 This project is NOT prevailing wage.
