 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The proposed project would remodel the main entry stairs/ramps and the public restrooms on the first and second floors to meet current ADA code requirements. Improvements to the two bathrooms and kitchen are proposed for the private residence on the third floor. 

SCOPE OF WORK. Refurbishment of (interior and exterior remodel) 14,600 SF including: Concrete footings & slab patch, & ADA upgrades, soft demo, ornamental iron, light gage metal framing, rough & finish carpentry, insulation, PVC roofing, plaster patch, drywall, Doors/windows/hardware, ceramic tile & stone, bath accessories, Glass/glazing/shower doors, acoustic ceilings, carpet & resilient flooring, painting, ADA signage, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, electrical & fire alarm.  Civil to include repair, seal and stripe existing lot & light landscaping. Fire Sprinklers (relocate heads) where required by revised room layouts. 

 This project is  NOT prevailing wage.
