Remodel of existing 2271sf tenant space in (E) 4791sf building. This project includes the installation of a demising wall to create two separate units, new ADA restrooms, HVAC Equipment, plumbing and electrical fixtures, new finishes in Suite 101 and new ADA Parking Signage.
