1290sf TI for LGS


 

This project consists of a 1290sf Tenant Improvement for LGS, (defense contractor) and consists of a 2nd floor tenant improvement for a new conference room and electronic lab.  

Because this work is for a military defense contractor, workers must be a US Citizen and will need to bring proof using a valid US Passport when working on this project.

The scope of work includes soft demolition, hard demolition framing, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, insulation, doors frames hardware, drywall, acoustical ceilings, flooring, painting, HVAC and Electrical.
