Description:
Upgrade and modernization to existing shopping center originally built in the 50’s and 60’s. Removing and constructing new facades and roof elements to the existing buildings to create a setting more in tune with the Spanish Revival architecture prevalent throughout Santa Barbara. Extensive landscaping and parking lot revisions.
