Description:
New construction of a 7,800 square foot Student Education Center with classrooms, a commercial kitchen, practice and performance rooms, and a music library. This project also encompassed a tie-in and seismic retrofit to an unreinforced masonry historic building, associated site work including an exterior quad, dining area, and ADA access pathways.
